My first experience in Semarang and staying at the Dalu Hotel was very satisfying. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The location was also convenient. Motorcycle parking was very secure. Most importantly, they provided a hot kettle, making it easy to bring a one-year-old child and making milk easy. The price was reasonable, making for a truly wonderful experience in Semarang.

The room was okay. However, one thing to note is that the shower head needs replacing; it's no longer usable. The hotel locks the windows, but they don't lock securely, allowing water to enter the room through the gaps during heavy rain. Please be aware. Hopefully, things will improve. 🙏

It was a great stay here. Although it's a 2-star hotel, the service is 5-star. The rooms are quite clean, the beds are comfortable, and there's a car wash. It's top-notch.

We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, far after check-in time 🤭.. thank God the hotel staff was nice, check-in was not complicated, fast + easy + friendly, okay anyway 👍 The next day when we checked out, wow, we were surprised to see our car was clean.. this hotel is awesome 👍 even though when we were going to check in, the car was dirty because of the rain. I didn't get this kind of service at the other hotel (another brand but still in the Pedurungan area) 🤭😅 God willing, if I go to Semarang again, I want to stay at Hotel Dalu again..

I stayed at this hotel and overall the room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities worked well, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The variety and taste could definitely be improved, especially compared to the quality of the room. Still, if you’re looking for a nice place to stay, the hotel itself is great—just don’t expect too much from the breakfast.

Overall, it's good. The downsides are the Wi-Fi and the bedroom AC, which can't be adjusted to a certain temperature. Next time, the hotel staff should check the batteries in the AC remote and the availability of liquid soap in the bathroom. Why haven't they been replaced?
