The room unfortunately had a moldy smell, which made it less comfortable. Some deeper cleaning or better ventilation could improve this. Breakfast was just a simple nasi goreng or a simple sandwich and didn’t taste very good — adding more variety would make mornings more enjoyable. With a few improvements in cleanliness and food, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

It's pretty good for this price. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water comes out, there are no leaks, you get soap but no shampoo. There are clean towels too. Then in the room we get drinking water, tea, coffee, and there is also an electric kettle so you can brew popmie. The downside is, the AC position doesn't hit the bed directly, so if you're cool on the chair, it's nice. If it's a little cool, then move to the bed. In addition, the TV doesn't turn on. Yes, nowadays people play with their phones and rarely watch TV, but it's a shame that the TV is just for display. The rest is okay. For those who want to come here, order via the app, it's cheaper.

Every time I go to Labuan, I definitely stay here. The access is not on the side of the road but the yard is wide so it is convenient for those who bring a car. The simple breakfast is also ok. Recommended.

Got the room at the very end, it was a bit damp, and the room smelled a bit, there was no AC and TV remote, the hot water was quite good. Hopefully it will be better in the future, hopefully the entrance road will be paved soon. Thank you

Yesterday I booked a superior twin room and one queen bed. Both were clean and comfortable, breakfast was also provided according to the request for breakfast time and menu. The receptionist and the boarding house guard were very friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks are the location of the hotel which is a bit into the alley and the condition of the land around the boarding house which is still prone to mud when it rains
