The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, the hot water ran smoothly, and the air conditioning was cool enough. Furthermore, the breakfast variety was well worth the price. Highly recommended for a visit to Bontang. I'll definitely return here next time. The kids were very comfortable here.

Good service, good location, not too far from the harbor and restaurants. Spacious rooms, with a water heater, but no hair dryer. Cleanliness of pillowcases, sheets, and towels needs improvement; they all smelled bad yesterday. Checkout is by 1 p.m.

Every time I stay, I get a room on the second floor. The room is spacious, clean, and has cool air conditioning. I always stay here when I'm in Bontang. The location is also close to the city center and the mall. Finding food is also easy.

True to its name, "Gembira," I'm always happy to stay at this hotel whenever I'm on business in Bontang. It's close to everything, especially our project representative office in the city. And if you need to find food at night, you don't have to walk down a long street, even on a long Saturday night, hehehe.
