My room 512 was quite clean, but when I entered there was no remote TV or AC. Finally the receptionist phone, the tv remote was given but the AC remote was not given, the clerk only turned it on and set the temperature only. It's a bit complicated, because every time you go in and out of the room, the receptionist must turn on the AC. In our room there are no minerals. So buy it yourself. For a strategic location, very close to the Ratu Indah mall, next to the hotel, exactly Indomaret. Quite satisfied for me, because the hotel rooms match the price.

Pelayanan hotel sangat tidak bagus, saat check in masuk hotel saya harus menunggu kamar yang ready sampai jam 5 sore, air di kamar mandi tidak jalan sampai pagi. Hotel mau di batalkan tapi tidak bisa. Seharusnya di aplikasinya jangan ditulis check in jam 14.00 tulis 17.00 terus fasilitas hotel tidak dilengkapi air di kamar mandi supaya pengunjung hotel bisa pilih hotel dan aplikasi yang lebih baik tidak *tiputipu*.saya sangat menyesal sekali karena telah memilih *Hotel Grand Celino* itu karena liat di aplikasi, fasilitasnya bagus terus gambar hotel bagus ternyata semuanya *hoax*.tidak ada pertanggung jawaban dari pihak hotel.

The woman on reception was not friendly. When I had complaint about the cleanliness, signal provider & bed requirement are not fulfilling with good services. Not recommend to stay here if they don't fix the service as hell.
