The villa doesn't match the description in the app. The facilities are not suitable, the bathroom door is broken, the AC is broken and it's very hot, there is no TV, and there is no tea maker. While the description in the app does, please update it to match the description in the app. If the facilities are not available, don't provide a complete description, as this will disappoint customers. Because it is close to the airport and my house, so when I go home to Pontianak, I definitely choose this hotel as my first stopover. I always come here and am always satisfied. But this time there was something not so good, namely the AC in my room, the AC was not cold enough. Every night I had to ask the staff for help (it was uncomfortable) because I had to keep asking for it, asking for a room with a window but the view was a wall 😂 never mind, at least the sun was coming in. Oh, the restaurant is in a different building, so it was quite tiring and troublesome because I had to go to the back building. The rest was all okay, the wifi was fast, the hot water was also smooth.

Although I only rested here for a few hours to wait for the plane, I was quite satisfied with everything. The room was clean, comfortable. The service was good & friendly. In addition, another factor that really made me happy & relieved was because I was allowed to check in early with a very reasonable additional fee.

"Actually it's nice, but the AC in our room is really hot". For the future, please check it for the sake of mutual comfort, we book a cheap hotel, but for a standard price like that, we should also give something decent, especially since AC really affects rest. Thank you
