Check-in and check-out were quick. Delicious breakfast, plenty of menu options, and a spacious breakfast area. Spacious room with a view of the Hi roundabout. The bathroom is gorgeous with a bathtub.

Perfect to celebrate my anniversary

They did upgrade me to Grand Deluxe but then the room they gave me - 140, was not clean at all. Oje of The pillow smelled awful, the bed sheet and bedcover gave my legs and arms rashes (i couldnt show it to housekeeping my legs but i did show my arms) so asked to change the bed sheet and bed cover. The towel was also so not white 🤦🏾‍♀️ its like white but grey. Oh yes, i discovered there is a door next to wardrobe that couldnt be closed so had to ask for engineer to come and fix it. And also this morning the omelette station guy asked me to come back 10 mins later because he had many orders. I was like if its obly 10 mins, why couldnt he take my order and i come back 10 mins later? Well perhaps i am not an important guest. Yes i only stayed for a night but i chose Kempinski because it is near to my office and wanted to treat myself a great night. Thats all. Its not a good experience and under expectation.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room faced the Hotel Indonesia roundabout. The room was nice, and all the facilities worked well. Free water during the stay.

Thank God, my stay at Hotel K (Room 702) was quite memorable. However, when we checked in, the room wasn't ready until around 4:00 PM, so we didn't plan on going to the G.I mall, so we had to walk around first, even though we were already wanting to lie down. Thankfully, the room was finally ready, and my husband, who was celebrating his birthday, was quite happy and surprised with a written greeting from the Hotel K team, greeting him with "his birthday." 🫶🏻❣️ The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the birthday cake was also really delicious (my son loved the cake), the spacious bathtub, and the separate bathroom were also good points for Hotel K. 👍 The toilet is technologically advanced, so everything is just a push of a button. 👏🏻 The scent of the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion was very fragrant and relaxing (unfortunately, the body lotion wasn't available in a takeaway form). 🥹 Access to the G.I mall is also very good, and there's a lot of history to read about. At the beginning of the Indonesian hotel's establishment 👍 The swimming pool wasn't very large, so even 5 adults were swimming, it was already quite crowded. Imagine 7-10 adults, and there would be a traffic jam in the pool 🤣🤣 The Signature Restaurant also offers a varied menu with quite delicious food. However, there was an incident that the restaurant should pay special attention to: please, when you're arranging the napkins, you can see that they're dirty. Don't leave them on the dining table. The lady who escorted us to the table told us to please change the napkins because they're dirty. I thought they had already been replaced, but when I got my food and was about to use the napkin, the dirty napkin was still on my table. So the second time I called the waitress again to replace my napkin, and my child's spoon was missing. This seems like a lack of supervision and carelessness. Luckily, I met a guest like me who didn't mind this at the restaurant. If I met a guest who wanted perfection, I'd get a complaint.

First time and okay.. nice clean.. But the kids haven't had a chance to swim yet.. And now if I go to Jakarta I have no other choice but Hyatt 😅😂
