Rama hotel staff and the hotel also provide a place to wash clothes for customers and it is very helpful for customers who stay more than 1 day. But maybe the cleanliness of the bed should be considered, because we found dirty pillow cases, and the cloth also looked like it was used and not replaced when other guests left. Hopefully in the future the cleanliness of the bed will be more considered. 🙏

Beach area is rather quiet, direct sea view. The room is pretty clean but the water is small and you want to take a bath, you have to collect the bucket first.

Hotel employees are still amateurs, everything from receptionists to roomboys. Roomboy doesn't know how to remind guests who want to check-out, just cook at 11:25. Noon said the room would be cleaned, would you like to check out? repent, stay there again.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the staff is also friendly. Great sea view views. Unfortunately can not have breakfast and room on the 2nd floor (sea view) there is no choice of water heater. Hopefully later there will be.
