The location is strategically located right in the city center. The room was clean, but the shower in my room wasn't so great, with the water flowing intermittently, then intermittently, but overall, it was fine. The breakfast menu was varied, and the staff was friendly.

Heritage hotel in the middle of the city with a fish pond and a garden equipped with a large and beautiful duck, unfortunately there is no facility to provide fish food, so the fish are skinny, the room is quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is standard, but not elderly friendly because the floor is slippery and there is no handle, fortunately there is an option to ask for a free anti-slip bathmat from the receptionist. This should have been provided without request. Service at the time of reception was less responsive both the receptionist and bellboy, as well as information about the hotel was not provided by the receptionist such as whether the skylounge is operating and free or paid for guests. Parking is quite spacious, only the parking attendants need training to be friendly and pay attention to guest requests, not to arrange things as they please.

The hotel is located in the city center so it is close to shopping and restaurant locations, the atmosphere is quite calm, the parking lot is quite spacious although the parking attendants are not friendly enough, the reception at the reception is standard in terms of friendliness and lacking in providing information, the bellboy service is not very responsive, the breakfast is quite good and has a variety of flavors, and the restaurant staff are quite friendly.
