We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and all of them were very helpful and nice. The room was more spacious than expected for a family of three. It was clean, and everything worked well. The pool staff were also very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

It feels like this hotel was once a five-star but has been left to run down. The rooms and facilities are very outdated, the breakfast is basic, and the gym has only a single bench – I couldn’t work out properly for two days. The whole atmosphere was dull. The pool and sun lounges are old and uninviting. You’re better off spending a little more and staying at a proper resort.

Reasonably priced. But the room was in poor condition. The shower didn't drain and i would step in puddles or green mouldy puddle for a shower by day 3.
The barh tub also creaked ans tap come off.

We loved our stay at Hotel Nikko. Rooms were very clean and spacious, pool was the highlight. The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better. Surrounding restaurants, cafes and massage salons were all close and great.

If your a non smoker this is the pool area and restaurants for you,
No smoking in pool area or restaurant even outside patio is non smoking.
Hotel could do with some entertainment at least a couple of evenings a week

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are so lovely, warm and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean, and the pool area was so well kept and inviting.
Location was great, we found a few really good places to eat.
Our only negative was how filthy the beaches are, really gross, so much plastic and rubbish. I was last in this region 8 years ago and it was dissapointing to see nothing had changed.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last.
Whilst it might not be the flashiest hotel, it is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The staff are always so kind and friendly and willing to help with anything you need.
The pool is great with plenty of sun beds and a great little swim up pool bar. I’ll be back for sure.

When I booked the hotel I had no idea about the pool situation. When we arrived they informed us that the pool will be under reconstruction, it’s a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the hotel got 3 restaurants, spa, and gym. The Japanese restaurant was clean, and the food was above and beyond.

Nice resort with surprisingly good restaurants. Great location with some great local restaurants within easy walking distance. Friendly staff. Pool needs some maintenance, which we were advised will happen in Jan 2025. Beach access was lovely. Overall a nice 4Star resort.
