The hotel is comfortable and the man is very friendly.

The owner is friendly, the rooms are complete - clean. There is a TV, AC, also a heater in the bathroom, there is also a tap for ablution. Even though the bathroom door handle was a bit damaged, there was no problem with the front door being locked. The coolest thing is the Express laundry service 10k only/kg, 3 hours the clothes are neat. Very helpful for me who is new from another city and needs extra clean clothes. Near Batik Seno, just walk for those who want to take batik courses, pharmacy is close, Circle is also close by. If it's really quiet at night, it's recommended to order a motorbike taxi if you don't have the courage to walk alone. The guards are kind, friendly, for those who stay by motorbike, it is highly recommended to just rest and sleep, but if you take a car, it is not recommended because the alley is not wide, the facilities are okay, only minus the toiletries such as soap and toothpaste and you have to bring an electrical terminal.

Sebenernya bukan hotel yang buruk mengingat dari harga per malam yang cukup murah. Saran saya saja buat yang mau menginap di sini:- Mengingat gangnya cukup kecil untuk kendaraan mobil, disarankan tidak mengendarai mobil ketika hendak menginap di sini.- Power outlet di ruangan cukup terbatas (hanya ada 2 unit saja). Disarankan membawa terminal kuningan jika membawa banyak benda elektronik.- Ketika habis turun dari Trans Jogja Istimewa (haltenya bernama Jogokariyan dan hanya jalan kaki 10 menit ke hotel) disarankan tidak membawa banyak bawaan karena dari titik halte Trans Jogja Istimewa ke eksterior hotel cukup panjang dan lokasi gang hotelnya cukup tersembunyi dari jalan utama gangnya.

This accommodation is for emergencies only. When we arrived at the location, there was no receptionist. You have to contact the OYO call center first. When I was staying there the lights went out too. So, if you want comfort, don't come here. But if it's just for sleeping, that's enough.

The atmosphere is like a boarding house, not an inn in general OYO. There is no clear OYO branding, only a small banner in front of the room. Limited facilities, not even drinking water provided. Access is rather difficult and cannot be seen from the road (entering a narrow alley). Looks like the car is difficult to access to enter.
