very bad service..don't let anyone stay here..asked for more money even though I already booked from Traveloka..when I wanted to check in I was asked to pay almost double the price..really bad..hopefully no one will be affected again..this is public deception..it's better to block Traveloka..be ashamed of Traveloka..

The price in the application is not appropriate, I was asked to add, the total price became 150 thousand, okay no problem but the problem is. 1. The bathroom shower is dead, 2. The toilet can't flush, 3. The water container uses a bucket but is badly mossy. Asking for a replacement is not immediately processed, wait 10 minutes, 4. The bed sheets and pillows are dirty. 5. The room is very similar to the picture. I only stayed for 2 hours and then checked out

Sorry I can't upload photos, the point is the room I got didn't match the one in the photo. Actually this place is comfortable, it feels like living in a rented house. But I happened to get a room with a toilet that couldn't be flushed, so if I pooped I had to flush it manually 😭. At least if you offer a price that is too cheap, don't give that many facilities, no hot/warm water is still okay, but if the toilet can't be flushed, that's sad. 😖

The bathroom was so dirty that it was even so crusty that the water in the sink wouldn't come out, and the toilet also smelled like urine when opened, so much so that I didn't want to pee there because when I opened it it was so irritating. Blankets are not provided either. It's enough just to stay here once because it's in a city.

The receptionist is a dirty girl, they are stubborn about holding on to their identity, they should just copy it. What exactly do you do? He said rules. Why do rules really have to be detained? The bathroom is not clean, old room facilities. My room couldn't be locked, so I finally moved rooms and the maid was annoying. There are no blankets, old brown sheets.

Not recommended, the bathroom is dirty and lots of cobwebs everywhere (in the wardrobe, in the corner of the room wall, in the bathroom). You can see that this room has been empty for a long time. Yesterday I ordered a room for 1 day for 87 thousand via the application. Because in the morning at 05.30 WIB I arrived in Cilacap, so I went straight to the hotel hoping to check in earlier, but I couldn't because the rooms were still full and check-in had to be at 14.00 WITA. Finally I was offered to open a regular room for 6 hours (until 12.00 WIB) at a price of 100 thousand. I feel the hotel clerk lied and tried to make more money. Because I felt uncomfortable, finally at noon I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel even though I had to lose money booking a hotel that I didn't live in.

The maids must be friendly, the cleanliness and completeness of the rooms must be checked every day. Bath water must be clean, the cleanliness of the bathroom is considered. Mattress sheets, blankets, pillowcases and towels must be changed daily.
