Very disappointing and not recommended. We checked out before the booking time was complete. When checking in, the sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dirty and smelly. The toilet was not clean. When we complained, we were replaced with new sheets and pillowcases, but we had to put them on ourselves. The most disappointing thing was when my child left the hotel at 12 midnight due to being picked up for the Bromo trip, the security staff reprimanded me by shouting and scolding me with rude language, citing the curfew, which should have been asked politely. Personally, I have blacklisted this hotel.

It's actually all the same, the comments are almost the same. We understand the low cost. However, if you're going to use a gate lock system, it would be better to have two guards on shift, one on day and one on night. I've seen guests struggling to leave, but the guards insist they can't because it's closing time. The location is actually nice, close to food stalls, the mosque, etc., and the building is nice. If it were completely renovated, it would be even better. I hope this suggestion reaches the owner: please, is it a boarding house or a guesthouse that has a gate that MUST not allow you to leave? What if there's an emergency? If you do want to use a gate system, have two guards on shift, one on day and one on night, and most importantly, they must be friendly.

If you're looking for a place at that price just to sleep, it's okay, but no comment on the cleanliness and facilities... dim lights, sink, dead TV, no wifi, nothing special about the accommodation, but the location is quite strategic if you need anything, there are lots of stalls selling things.

Mold pillows, damp damp beds, moldy walls, holes in the ceiling, unfriendly guards. I checked in at 14.00, checked out at 14.10, the guard also didn't ask the reason for checking out early. Maybe it's normal.

Sprei dan handuk tidak di cuci, kran air bocor, air warna kuning, kran air panas tidak berfungsi, tv tidak nyala, ac error, kamar lembab baunya tidak enak, tembok catnya putih sampai berwarna kuning saking kotornya, ada kecoa, resepsionis bapak bapak sangat tidak ramah, intinya kamarnya tidak terawat.

Calm, quiet, cold AC, warm water in the bathroom. The evil father is rude but the mother who opens the gate when checking out is good. There were worms in the bathroom but because I was a brave child, I sprayed them with a hose.

The sheets and blanket had lots of stains, the pillowcase was supposed to be white but it turned brown because it wasn't cleaned properly, like it hadn't been washed. So it's less comfortable to sleep. It is recommended that bed sheets, blankets and pillowcases be soaked in bayclin or citric acid to make them clean white.
