Management paling buruk. Booking kamar 2 unit dari aplikasi cuma tercatat 1. Padahal dari luar kota. Check in hampir 30 mnt, mana bawa orang tua dan bayi. Kalo sdm nya belum mampu gak usah pakai aplikasi. Setelah 1 jam baru kasih solusi. No telponnya gak valid. Hati-hati buat yang mau booking lewat aplikasi. Gak bisa refund lagi. Resepsionisnya gak bisa diajak ngomong 😡.

Hotelnya tidak ada pertanggung jawaban sama sekali. Mati listrik dan mati air dari jam 1 malam sampai pagi hari. Tidak bisa tidur dan tidak bisa mandi. Kasian anak-anak balita nangis semalaman karena gelap dan tidak ada air. Serta resepsionis nya tidak ramah sama sekali. Hotelnya parah lah.

Super OYO 3406 has a very large room according to the description, hot water, TV and AC are all functioning well. The downside was that the room was dusty, there was no soap, shampoo, towels, mats (dirty) maybe because at that time the price was 79,000. Facilities like this didn't exist. Just get around when you go there by bringing extra sheets, pillowcases and other necessities. According to the price. Just enjoy it, the important thing is we can rest (prices never lie).

Convenient location, mosquitoes are annoying. Close to many culinary delights. Only 1 officer 24/7. No amineties. Room cleanliness and other things are on request, there is no service initiative.

When we arrived at the Guest House, we were told that it was full. The GH guard explained that there was no order system using any application. But first come first served. Cannot request a refund through the application because it arrived after check in time. Not recommended.

Pokoknya untuk keseluruhan puas banget, ruangannya luas, fasilitasnya komplit, air panasnya berfungsi, AC-nya dingin. Untuk beli makanan juga lengkap. Nanti akan jadi pilihan utama kalau mampir di Bandung lagi khusus sekitaran Kiaracondong.

Fasilitas di dalam kamar sudah ada beberapa yang tidak dalam kondisi prima namun masih fungsional. Kebersihan sejatinya kurang terjaga, paling tidak sprei kasur bersih. Pelayanan resepsionis juga cukup baik. Sesuai dengan harga, ada air panas. Kamar luas. Bonus meong-meong yang ikutan nginap sama saya.

Just want to give a suggestion, the receptionist should be on standby, because I waited a long time then the room should be prepared when we register, so it's not sudden and please pay attention to cleanliness, the chair mattress and cupboard are dusty and the floor is dirty, thank you.

Upon arrival, there was no reception for up to an hour. The room has not been prepared, the sheets are shabby, the floor is dirty not suitable for prayer, and ask for it on the 1st floor, prepared on the 2nd floor.
