I was told to add 20,000 on the grounds that the price in the application did not match hotel standards, and the room provided did not match my order, the service was unsatisfactory, the room was also dirty, did not provide comfort at all.

The hotel is used, not cleaned. The towels are wet and dirty, the blankets are a lot of dust and wet and hair is scattered on the mattress and floor. I ordered 2 rooms all like that. Even mineral water is given, which is only half a bottle. Water heater not working. Next time, if you don't intend to build a hotel, don't make it. It's a pity that the intention is really to take a break from the trip, so it's disgusting to sleep well.

The room smells of cigarettes and the bathroom is dirty and the room walls are dirty. The conclusion does not match the advertised photos. Not suitable to join the Traveloka Site.

This inn seems not too ready to sell because it is still under renovation here and there. For its location is also rather far from everywhere, because around there is almost nothing. And the type of room available is only twin beds, no double bed type mattress. Not to mention the shower water is very small. The type of accommodation that stays here once in a lifetime.
