When checking in, additional payment is requested. The room is very dirty, lots of water stains in the toilet, the floor is slippery like oil, the pillows are very thin, the towels are worn out (more suitable as mats), the drainage channel is problematic so the water is slow to dry, the water from the shower is too small. In the room I stayed in, there were also lots of mosquitoes, I don't know where they came from.

Ask for additional fees beyond the fees stated in the application.

The price in the advertisement was not appropriate, when we arrived the hotel was asked for an additional fee for the room price, cleanliness was very poor, the room smelled like it had never been occupied.

There are additional costs to be paid in cash, the water often turns off, the bathroom is dirty, the mattress sheets have lots of stains.

The price paid did not match, because after arriving at the hotel, I was asked to add to the price difference according to the hotel's request. Because according to the hotel, the price sold by OYO is below the price it should be. I don't know which one is right?

Setelah melihat kualitas asli hotelnya, kamar apek, seprei kotor, filter angin kamar mandi bau dan kotor, tidak di sediakan sabun, jangan tergiur harga hotel dalam aplikasi terlihat murah karena bisa jadi ada kesalahan pihak hotel dan manajemen, entah bertujuan menjebak customer atau kesalahan pihak manajemen, intinya hotel tersebut tidak mau rugi dengan kualitas sangat buruk.
