The room is clean but the room lights don't turn on at all and the room lights. Shower didn't turn on. It is uncomfortable to sleep due to busy activities at night and disturbing noises.

Only because there were a few spots on the towel and there were 2 rips of liptint on the bed sheet, it was charged 100,000 until the deposit was not returned. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel but it's like this. I'm disappointed I swear.

Prices do not match what is offered, the bathroom is inside but the toilet is outside. I have to add more costs to getting her room to bathe in the toilet outside the palace. Only this time I got a separate bathroom and toilet room.

The standard WC room is outside the room, complaining because the power outlet is apparently not fixed. 4th floor room to go to the room through the stairs beside the outside so if it rains report, according to the price.

Pretty much it still needs a lot of improvement. 1. I stay on the floor. Two, but because the room was flooded. 2. I was transferred to the floor. 3, but the toilet smells really bad, it looks like it's lacking cleanliness.

Located nearby food court, atm, supermarket, mosque, but only OK for 1-2 nights stay or for backpacking, not for work/family trip unless being in limited budget. The smallest rooms (on level 4) have bathroom inside it (actually only a shower corner) but because it's only closed by curtain (not door), water from shower splashes to bedroom (an unused towel provided may be used to dry the wet floor actually).
