The room is stuffy, not like the photo. The walls are damp and mossy. The sheets are clean and soft. But I can't sleep, the smell is stuffy, I can't breathe, my chest hurts. Hhhh There's no potox, I'm disappointed that the picture doesn't match the application. But the staff are very friendly and whatever my mother asks for, for example, a glass or plate and hot water.

The bed sheets and blankets are itchy. There are lots of dust and trash under the bed. There are no clothes hangers on the wall. There is also no towel hanger. The bath room walls and closet are a bit dirty. The beds are too big for the room, and make the room so crowded. The towels are rough and hardly can absorb water.

Very disappointed, the price does not match the application promo. The hotel staff still asks for additional check-in money. For those who want to book at this hotel, please do not be tempted by the cheap promo price because at the location you will definitely be asked for additional fees 😭😭😭

Saya batal menginap di sini dan sudah mengajukan refund sepertinya sulit sekali, saya harus membayar padahal saya tidak jadi check in. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan view yang saya lihat pada saat reservasi melalui aplikasi. Kamar lembab gelap dan bau tidak sedap. Sayang sekali saya tidak ada bukti foto yang jelas saya black list kalo mau menginap tidak akan mengunjungi aplikasi ini.

Very. Very disappointed from the first time I checked in, the room was not ready to use, I had to wait 30 minutes to be prepared. Rooms with peeling paint, check-in time the receptionist almost asked for additional funds, because there were no rooms. Even though I already paid in full. Hope it doesn't happen to the other guests.

Showers cannot, drinking water is not provided in the room, under the mattress is dirty, sheets and pillows are not replaced/washed, toiletries are not provided (such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush). Only the wifi is good. Sorry, no photos, no time.

Don't stay at Oyo 1431, the warm water is off. The rules are strange, the sheets have stains from drinks or food, they are charged 200 thousand. I don't know where the spots come from and how come the spots don't disappear if they just hit the water. Very sorry to stay at Oyo 1431.
