The room is good, as well as the building. Unfortunately, there was an additional fee and the receptionist said that the room rate had increased. It looked cheap on the application but turned out it wasn't exactly that way.

Like other reviews, actually for the staff who are quick to help lift the goods to the room, when we arrived at the location we were asked for additional money, the room was full of mosquitoes, we could sleep after using mosquito repellent spray, the water smelled bad, stayed for 2 days and 1 night and the electricity token ran out, maybe it can be fixed again in the future, thank you 🙏🏻

the room is nice, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, only the parking lot is narrow. the price on traveloka and when I want to check in is different, charged again according to the price we pay cash at the hotel. maybe in the future it can be adjusted again.

1. The first day I arrived, I was immediately asked for an additional fee of 240 thousand even though there was no information about additional fees in the application. 2. The first day the electricity went out + there was no temporary handling from the staff (candles, flashlights, generators) 3. The room was dirty, lots of cockroaches came out from under the bed.

Unfriendly Staff, Prices on the apps are not appropriate, so when checking in Guests are forced to make additional payments. Dirty sheets, there are some kind of spots but don't know what the spots are, TV doesn't work, No Wifi, the closet is also problematic. Highly not recommended.

It seems like the hotel owner should immediately follow up on the prices that often change (for professionalism). When I got there I had to pay again because the staff said that from several applications the prices were not changed according to the hotel's provisions. I'm sorry, but it seems like there should be a policy for hotel staff not to turn on music from night until before dawn, considering that the room is not soundproof and can disturb the people in the room. I stayed there because I had an exam tomorrow so it was disturbed, it was difficult to study. Access to find food was also quite difficult because the entire road was quiet. But for other facilities such as air conditioning, mattresses, clean bathrooms (including toothpaste and soap), hot water, availability of drinking water, and TV were good. The staff were also actually friendly. Thank you

AC is not cold. Dirty room. The sheets are dirty, the TV can't turn on. The bathroom is dirty and smelly.. the tap water doesn't smell good like a bath. In the morning, the water is DEAD! So I can't take a shower.

Awfully! Already know a hotel for a place to rest. It can be done at night while sleeping until morning. Lobby location for karaoke. Play the song really loud. Honestly Very disappointing. I intend to sleep at the hotel to rest. In fact, I couldn't sleep until morning because of the noise in the reception room. Doesn't respect guests who check in. Hopefully the owner and GM understand this. Improved. If like this. Guests will not feel very comfortable. Where's the soap running out? What should I ask for first? I was staying at the hotel. Not as bad as this. This is just the worst. Not comfortable at all. To rest.
