According to previous reviews from friends, it's better to choose another hotel and don't book here than regret it. 1. When you get there, you are asked to add tens of thousands with the excuse that the room you booked is non-AC --> swap to AC even though the app says AC facilities. 2. The worst experience: you've added money, you're about to lie down for a while, then you're told to leave with the excuse that the room has been booked by someone else. You're forced to cancel your check-in and look for another place to stay, the additional money is returned, the money for canceling your check-in is returned the next day. 3. Dirty room, broken door, etc./uncomfortable, stuffy room, smelly, etc. 4. The guard is unclear. Transiting in a hotel for the rest of my life with an experience like this It's better if the app doesn't include this hotel in the application, it's a shame for the customers.

The app should stop listing this accommodation. Poor consumers.

The room is air-conditioned, comes with towels + blankets. But no amenities (soap, toothbrush, drinking water).

The bathroom drain smells, in the application for the price paid it looks like you get AC, but it turns out you don't.

Di paketnya kamarnya pake AC dan ada dapet handuk. Tapi kenyataannya cuma kipas angin dan gak ada handuk. Ember mandi juga kumuh gapernah dibersihkan kayanya. Bener2 beda sama gambar dan apa yang ditawarkan.

Seprai, sarung bantal, dan sarung guling bau bekas keringat orang, entah sudah dicuci atau belum habis dipakai oleh tamu sebelumnya. Kamar mandinya kotor. Kenyamanan menggunakan penginapan itu salah satunya dari kebersihan kamar mandi.

Horrible experience, I've asked the CS for my problem, they only promised the problem is being resolved and will inform soon later. But, until my check out, they couldn't make any changes. It was hot at night, the water suddenly off in the middle of morning shower. So, don't book this place unless you want the same experience.

The rooms are great being upstairs so it's like having two rooms. Bathroom and table chairs downstairs. At a price that is really worth it for complete facilities. The place is not clean, the bathroom water turns on very slowly, there is no generator/emergency light available when the lights go out, when checking in the room is not ready, still waiting to be prepared.
