The comfort was adequate, but the cleanliness was lacking. It was also our fault for not booking a non-smoking room. The downside was that there was a lipstick stain on the blanket and the room smelled of cigarettes, with no air freshener. The air conditioning and other things were fine.

The towels need to be replaced, they are thin and ugly.. Different from other hotels.. There is only 1 towel provided in the room.. There is no doormat or cloth in the bathroom either..

I extended my stay to 2 days. After checking in, there were no towels in the room; I had to get them from the lobby. Even though I extended my stay and asked for the room to be cleaned, I still asked for towels from the lobby, and the mineral water in the room wasn't refilled.
