Deskripsi fasilitasnya tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Seharusnya jujur saja kalau pake kipas dengan harga segitu. Jangan memancing pelanggan dengan dustamu, fasilitas kamar AC. Kecewa, dengan ketidakjujurannya.

Clean, comfortable hotel and friendly service. The air conditioner also feels very comfortable to wait 5-10 minutes. The location is very close to places to eat such as workshop noodles, satay tofu, and cafe cadin which are friendly prices with the comfort provided is very satisfying.

The location is nice close to the highway. I was very disappointed with the breakfast: the system was not buffet but served / taken. For a long time it turned out that the fried rice was cold without fish without crackers. The tea was also taken and it was only a cup, (how much is the price of tea?) I brought a small child 5 years from the beginning, it was not explained if I got a cas. I think Ooh is the advantage. Apparently I want to go back to the room, I was called to ask to pay 10 thousand. Even though the rice is not cooked because it doesn't like fried rice. I have no problem with the 10 thousand, but it seems like a trap. Room problems too. I booked 1 VIP, 2 standards. Strangely the VIP with the standard, even wider and the furniture is better standard. Only the VIP advantages are located on the 2nd floor and use AC. The standard on the 3rd floor uses a fan. I do not give advice because God willing, I will not stay there again. I am very disappointed especially with the breakfast system. Because like someone begging. I have often stayed in many places but have never met the breakfast system like in Santana. Although the menu is only fried rice, but if you take it yourself, it's good. If you don't like it, don't take food. Then my little child didn't like being eaten but told to pay.
