Thank God, this is the umpteenth time my family and I have stayed here. The hotel is strategically located, clean, and comfortable. All the staff, from the receptionists, waiters, housekeeping staff, pool and sports area staff, and security, are friendly and very helpful. The pool is also comfortable. The breakfast buffet menu is also varied. Thank you, Santika Hotel Bogor.

Hotel Santika Bogor is my go-to place whenever I’m on a business trip to Bogor City. The location simply can’t be more strategic—it’s right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the toll road, directly connected to Botani Square Mall, and just across the street from the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Truly a perfect location. The room size is standard but comfortable enough for two people. The food selection offers good variety, and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Santika Bogor for both business and leisure stays.

I've stayed here several times because of its strategic location. This Ramadan, my family and I tried staying here again, wanting to experience the thrill of eating sahur (pre-dawn meal). But this time, I was a bit disappointed. The selection of sahur food wasn't very varied, and since morning, there had been a disturbing knocking noise in the room, disrupting our sleep. What was different about this stay was the valet parking service. This was very helpful, saving us and our family the trouble of finding parking at the mall.

Early check-in was possible, but when I wanted to enter, the card couldn't be used and I had to wait 15 minutes for the staff. The room was spacious, the sofa was soft enough to sleep on. The bathroom was spacious, the shower and closet were separate, and there was a bidet. There was a refrigerator, a full TV, and good Wi-Fi in all areas. There was a safe, pillows, blankets, and a super spacious work desk. There was a swimming pool for children and it was clean. The food was varied, clean, and the service was fast. The elevator was super small; if you bring a stroller, the two elevators would close quickly. Hopefully, there will be a mini playground for children next time. I got a room on the 6th floor and in the evening, I got a really nice view of the mountain sunset.

The lighting was very poor, the sofa and chairs were dirty, the room was dull, there was no hair dryer (I had to request one but was told that day that it wasn't available, it had been used in another room), and the AC was noisy. Overall, it was not comfortable for the price I got.
