The first time I entered the room, I immediately heard music with a heritage vibe. That night, I got an extraordinary surprise from the hotel management staff, which made me touched because it was my birthday and I really wanted to go to Santika Cirebon. The service was great, the room was clean, the AC was cold, the hot water felt smooth, everything was running smoothly. The impression was the best, all the staff were friendly, even when checking out they still asked if there was anything uncomfortable, crazy efforts for those who stayed here, they will come back again. Love Santika Cirebon, next time, hopefully we can celebrate happy moments here again 🥰

The lobby is spacious, open, and airy. Check-in was fast, even before 2:00. I got a room on the 4th floor with a pool view and opened the door to a mountain view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with lots of options, delicious food, and the restaurant was super clean and tidy. Thank you Santika for the great experience.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Heritage Hotel. Twenty-six years ago, when our children were in kindergarten and elementary school, we first stayed here. Now, my wife and I are retired. The unique character of the Santika Cirebon remains intact, and that's one of its strengths. When we stayed, the hotel was undergoing renovations to restore comfort for its guests, making them even more comfortable.

When going out of town, Hotel Santika is always the first choice, because I have an 8-year-old child with me, and breakfast is still free. The hotel is located in the city center but tends to be less crowded and congested like Jalan Cipto, Tuparev, etc. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, the air conditioning in the room is cool, and the food is delicious. I got delicious butter fried chicken, and there are also delicious and soft donuts. Thanks to all the crew of Santika Hotel CRB.

The AC was off and the bathroom exhaust fan was off. Imagine the room and the smell? The stench of sewage wafted into our child's bedroom. Nothing was done after we complained to the hotel.

For dishes served at breakfast, we must pay more attention to the taste, some are too salty, without taste, especially for chicken dishes, we must really pay attention to the taste and sterility of the chicken.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. A request for a room near the elevator, as we were traveling with an elderly person, was also accommodated and granted. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the wooden furnishings in the room had a slight old wood smell. Parking is spacious and free, but as it's outdoor, it can be a bit difficult to find during rainy weather. The food is varied and interesting, but the quality of the taste and balance of flavors need more attention.
