Definitely recommended! I’ve never been disappointed with Santika Hotels. The interior is clean and stylish, the facilities are great, and overall it's super comfortable for a staycation. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food had lots of variety—everything I tried was delicious. Location-wise, it’s right in the city center and close to everything. For the price, it’s totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

The biggest let down was the telephone in the room died so it was kinda a hassle to ask for hairdryer since they didn’t provide in-room hairdryer (you have to ask the receptionist for it). Other than that my experience was ok. The plus point they still let me had my breakfast even tho I came down to the resto exactly at 10 AM (the bfast ends at 10 AM).

A delightful experience staying in the heart of Mataram with my family in a spacious and comfortable Santika Suite. Hotel Santika's proximity to Sangkreang Park allows children to play and walk under the shady trees. The swimming pool is a favorite spot for my 4-year-old and 8-year-old children. Definitely recommended! I’ve never been disappointed with Santika Hotels. The interior is clean and stylish, the facilities are great, and overall it's super comfortable for a staycation. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food had lots of variety—everything I tried was delicious. Location-wise, it’s right in the city center and close to everything. For the price, it’s totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again!
