My first time in Palu, staying at the Hotel Santika wasn't worth it for the price. The room was infested with cockroaches, the sink was tiny, and the toilet water was smelly and dirty. Hopefully, the maintenance will improve.

The hotel is located in the city center, only a 5-minute walk from the office. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is varied.
