The room was comfortable, the bed made for a good night's sleep, and the service was excellent. I requested a baby crib, and it was already set up upon entering. The location is excellent, right next to the mall. The breakfast food, however, needs improvement.

Clean room, Delicious Breakfast. Comfortable clean parking.
I ordered 2 rooms. 1 room AC is not cold, Hot water is not working properly, Refrigerator is not cold (I have contacted the front office but until we checked out no one came to fix it)
Suggestion:
- Please pay attention to the service when checking in if it is busy, we waited quite a long time. not flexible given a room before 2 o'clock.
- Hopefully they can soon have a separate swimming pool with the Apartment, and improve the cleanliness of the swimming pool water, the water is not clear and there is no water circulation.

The service from the entrance was very passive, too much chatting with colleagues and not friendly. The service was not as friendly as the 4 star hotel I stayed at yesterday. My suggestion is that with hotel facilities as luxurious as this, the waiter's skills also need to be upgraded.

For the room, bedsheets, bed, bathroom are clean. Only when checking in and when I wanted to take a shower in the afternoon I just found out that there were no towels available, so I had to wait first. And it took quite a long time to get it.
