The view is mashaAllah.. from end to end it's all beautiful. Basically, if you go to Lampung, you have to stay at Santika Premier. All the staff are friendly. The hot water shower is great. All the food is delicious and great. The service is good. It's okay to spend a bit more money but I'm very satisfied.

I went on holiday to Lampung with my husband for a total of 5 days and 4 nights, changing hotels every day. The last choice was the Santika Hotel because the facilities were complete, direct access to Lampung City Mall, the restaurant was amazing, the view was really beautiful and the food had a lot of variety. There was a cool rooftop and the rooms were fragrant and comfortable. The swimming pool was also big enough for us to swim in. We got lots of great photos in every corner. It will be our choice again next time we go to Lampung.

Everything was good except I called housekeeping 3 times to fix the flush button on the toilet that wasn't working, but they didn't pay any attention... I had to use a large Aqua bottle to flush my stool.

CI&CO waited too long. only 1 officer... accidentally saw 1 boss who was complaining to the staff in front of the customer. It was annoying, sir.. other things are OK.. especially the view... really cool. the food without soup is a bit salty, especially the noodles & telur dadar taku (not omelette)

I was surprised that there was no deposit upon check-in, as almost all hotels in Balam, from 1 to 5 stars, require a deposit. Overall, the rest were in line with their star rating, which definitely wouldn't deter me from coming back for another staycation here.

The room is spacious, clean, and the breakfast is very varied.
The plus is that it's right next to the mall, so finding things is easy.

I was surprised that there was no deposit upon check-in, as almost all hotels in Balam, from 1 to 5 stars, require a deposit. Overall, the rest were in line with their star rating, which definitely wouldn't deter me from coming back for another staycation here.

The room is spacious, clean, and the breakfast is very varied.
The plus is that it's right next to the mall, so finding things is easy.
However, the pillows are too high, so I don't sleep well :(
