Even though I only stayed for one night because I was in transit to the airport, this hotel was so comfortable that I felt like staying longer. The staff were friendly, including the security and parking officers.

Got upgraded to a higher-level room, best location to reach the nearby Music Festival in Nusa Dua, easy access to the best affordable food in the surrounding area, 18 minutes access to the airport via highway. I will definitely return for my next trip.

the location is also strategic near mengiat beach, in front of the hotel there is a laundry and lots of food around the hotel.
maybe because it is being renovated so it is less comfortable.
the room lights are very dim, the toilet is dirty, there is a lot of dust in the room.
