Arrived past midnight but easy to check-in because the receptionist was still on standby, for the premiere room the room was spacious, got mineral water, tea & brewed coffee, popmie, package (blanket, towel, small soap), good wifi, cold AC, smooth water but the flush button on the toilet was stuck, and asked to leave ID card when checking in.. Suggestion: now most hotels when checking in just show ID card (no need to leave, because sometimes guests need ID card for certain events), and if needed, you can be asked to leave cash for deposit by making a receipt so it can be taken back when checking out.. but if it has been paid in advance (booking via the application) usually no guarantee/deposit is asked

We stayed very comfortably for a week, but on our last night there was a heavy rain and a power outage. The air conditioning and water supply were cut off. The air conditioning was restored, but the water supply remained out of order until the very end, leaving the toilet and shower in our room unusable. We had to borrow the key to another available room to use the toilet. The staff were kind, but it was a bit inconvenient. Well, it was an act of force majeure caused by the weather, so the accommodation is not to blame.

friendly staff, room condition, the door is a bit hard to lock (maybe because the door is an old house design), fast flowing water, shower and flush work well, the lights are bright, the TV is in good condition, only a few channels have disturbed signals, the mattress is soft, only when opened the room smells a bit musty and there are cockroaches (my child cried and screamed because he was shocked), then there are mosquitoes around the toilet and mattress, but we still understand, so far we are comfortable staying here because the location is strategic and in the middle of the city so it is busy

Can't expect much because the price is also cheap. When entering the room there were 2 dead cockroaches and many insects flying around. I stayed here for transit before climbing Mt. Slamet. So for me it was enough, because it was close to the station and busy places.

Got executive room 503. Early check-in was around 2 pm; The ceiling is safe, after sunset I left the room for dinner, came back around 22.00, when I was going to sleep I looked above the bed, how come there is a hole in the ceiling near the lamp (it fits perfectly above the mattress), how come? That night they also asked to change rooms and in the morning asked to look again at room 503 to check for possible peeping or cameras; But the receptionist said: it has been rented to someone else. Strange! It really wasn't calm, even though that night it managed to climb up to the ceiling, but because it was dark I couldn't see clearly whether there had been any suspicious activity before. Please the hotel, how is this?
