This hotel is very comfortable and peaceful, want to go anywhere near. So this is great for holidays, next time I will go to this hotel if I go to Jogja hehe, success continues!

The place is comfortable, for a spacious family room too, close to Lempuyangan Station. In front of the hotel there are cheap food stalls too.

The service is good and so kindly people here... The room and bathroom, both of them fragrant are excellent.. and the most important thing is their location can reach every place easier.

7/10 for me. Location is accessible easily. The building is kinda old but luckily the room and bathroom was clean although there was no water heater. Sadly when I came the electricity was down for awhile. The breakfast probably can be improved more especially from the taste. Keep it up!

We chose family room which is great for a group travelers.
Room cleanliness is ok, AC, TV and furniture are new because actually the room has just been renovated.
The receptionist (Ibu, maybe the owner) is friendly and there are shared dining tables located in front of our room so that we feel we stay at home :)
The only problem is the towel. It is looked very old. Also there is no hot water.

The facilities were sufficient for the amount of money we paid. However, it's a 6 on cleanliness. When we got there, the floor of the room felt dirty as if it was cleaned for days. Good thing they responded as soon as we complained. On the second day (we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights), the staff didn't tidy up the room even though we were out all day. It was already evening when got back to the hotel, so making another complaint seems too much. That said, the staff were friendly and the food for the breakfast was enough.
