Stayed 3 nights here and 2 nights the lights went out and there was no generator. The process of asking for a refund was waiting for hotel policy.

Kamarnya bagus sesuai dengan foto dan sta-stafnya ramah, makanan hotelnya juga enak, tapi saran aja untuk perlengkapan kamar mandi lebih lengkap lagi (sikat gigi dan odol), untuk handuk yang diberikan harusnya sesuai dengan maksimal jumlah orang per kamar, jangan untuk 1 kamar 2 orang tapi hanya ada 1 handuk. Naikin harganya untuk nambahin perlengkapan kamar mandi menurutku aman-aman aja sih, atau mungkin kasih opsi khusus untuk tamu yang mau ada perlengkapan kamar mandi yang lengkap dengan biaya tambahan, lalu untuk tamu yang baru pertama kali datang, sebaiknya dijelaskan sistem hotel gimana, kayak gimana cara pesan makanan atau tempat makan hotelnya di mana, langsung kasih password wi-fi nya apa, menurut saya hal-hal kecil kayak gitu akan sangat membantu tamu dan terakhir bantalnya terlalu tinggi dan tidak empuk, leher bisa sakit.

The room is cramped unlike in the photos and pictures, a small size 120 bed is not enough for 2 people. AC not working properly not cold. Towel only 1 pillow only 1 if you want to ask for more charges.

The hotel has many rooms, spacious lobby, alert and friendly staff, fast service, bsa early check-in, toiletries like jasmine hotels in general, a very strategic place, easy to find food, old-style hotel room but clean, old furniture and the TV still uses a tube TV, the shower water runs smoothly the hot water works fine, the local TV channels and the picture is clear, the AC works fine but the towels are too thin.
