Hotel Totabuan Citawaya

3 days before the check-in date, we had booked and paid for 2 deluxe rooms. When checking in, the receptionist said that there was only 1 deluxe room left… (how could that be??), finally the other room was given at the back (205), and this room was not satisfactory for us, because of the strong smell of cigarettes and the trash can that had many cigarette butts without plastic bags. The bathroom toilet needed to be scrubbed yellow, and the mirror that was cloudy white needed to be scrubbed. The next flush the toilet water did not work. The sink faucet was broken. *We complained to the staff that the room smelled of cigarette smoke, so we were given air freshener spray. We were forced to sleep because we were sleepy after dawn. *Complained why the deluxe room that we had booked 2 rooms, but one was not available, but there was no definite answer, wanted to ask the person in charge (Supervisor) on duty, he said he was busy, and his boss was abroad. *Management needs to control/pay attention to the shortcomings of the hotel rooms. *My review above is intended solely as input for Hotel Totabuan Citawaya Kotamobagu. *We hope we can stay at this hotel again in the future, with its satisfactory service and room conditions… Thank you.

When checking in, the staff were friendly, the room was quite nice and clean, and the food was also delicious.

Every time we are in Kotamobagu, we always stay at this hotel before going to Manado.

Big and clean room however mattresses are due to be changed and the bathroom would need a renovation

Overall, it was comfortable to stay here, but perhaps in the future there needs to be a check because unfortunately, next to the room, several young people were staying and bringing drinks until it was quite noisy to rest.

The room is quite comfortable, the parking area is spacious, the sheets and blankets smell good, the wifi is sufficient, the hot water works quite well, highly recommended.

The old building will be renovated soon. It is no longer suitable.

During Eid al-Fitr, you can eat as much as you want in the restaurant, various kinds of cakes are provided on the table and you can take as much as you want too. The best 😊👍

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful in the check-in process. The room is okay, spacious and big. The food is quite varied: there is soup, vegetables, chicken, rice, bread, cakes and fruit. The service should be improved.

The bed is very cozy, the best, the coffee maker in the room is also fully support, can drink coffee for up to 10 guests in the room hehe. The best for this hotel. Cool.

Langganan kalau perjalanan dinas atau liburan ke Kotamobagu, tempat nya nyaman, sarapan pagi nya enak-enak, lokasi strategis di tengah kota, dekat dengan Mesjid.
