The room is full of mosquitoes and small cockroaches, especially the living room, the room is not well prepared, visitors have to spray the mosquitoes themselves, the food in the restaurant has just arrived and only one piece of omelette is left, even for children it is not enough and there is no extra.

Pretty good, big room, cold AC but the mattress is still an old model, wifi doesn't reach the room, no hot water, there is a TV but only SCTV and BaliTV, the food is okay, the taste is standard.

November in Kefa is a month with hot weather. When staying at this hotel, the room AC was not functioning properly. I ended up having to sleep on the floor all night. Please let the hotel pay attention to that.

My experience here is good, maybe a suggestion for management to pay attention to: 1. The hotel heater capacity, so that it can serve all rooms at the same time. 2. To provide towels in the room according to room service capacity (if the room has a capacity of 2 people, 2 towels are prepared) 3. To always put the bed sheets on the hotel bed, so that when guests enter, they can immediately rest, no longer waiting for the bed sheets to be installed. 4. The speed of the wi fi service is always available at a standard speed. 5. Overall, it's good to stay here. Thank You.

We came to check in at night, the room had not been prepared, had not been given bed linen and others. The toilet emitted an unpleasant odor, the floor was dirty and the bathroom door, toilet and sink were broken. Overall the hotel is dirty, leaking in the lobby.
