- the room is clean but the bedsheet, pillow, and the blanket is very dusty - There’s no breakfast from the hotel - they asked me to pay more to get the room coz they said my booking wasn’t informed by traveloka. I asked them to send me a text so I could claim my insurance, but they didn’t do it, so they gave me the room 😬🤣🤟🏻

it says 24 hour receptionist but when we got there there was no one we already noted that we arrived at the location at 12 midnight and then there was no one there, we called the receptionist and the answer was very curt, the information included breakfast was not given, we didn't even meet the receptionist on duty, in the morning we checked out and just left, not recommended at all
