When I checked in, I entered the lobby. The stairs were quite high for a hotel of this class, especially since I had a suitcase, so I had to carry it up and down. When I checked in, the room was dirty: the pillowcases were stained, someone still had used sandals next to the bed, and the floor was dusty. The hot water didn't work, and the shower was small. For this price, I don't think I'd stay at this hotel twice.

Check-in took about 45 minutes, and even after asking three times, we were given a room that was supposedly upgraded, but it turned out to be a smoking room that smelled really bad (the cigarette smell was very strong) even though it was an upgrade (with a window). The building quality of the room seemed to be poor. The carpet outside the room was also poor. Parking was difficult, but the place was close to everything. There were many places to eat and drink coffee around.

When I first checked in, I checked the toilet and found that the previous guest's feces were still there. There were also cockroaches in the room. Breakfast was okay overall. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. I asked for a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room, claiming it was full.
