I stayed for 3 days at Hyper Inn. The impression from the beginning of arrival until check out time, all staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially for all hotel security guards. The lobby and hotel rooms are very clean. The location of the hotel is also super strategic. On the right side of the hotel there is Lawson & Indomaret. Across the hotel there are Djoes Kode and Milk n Crumbs which are famous for being delicious. And also a little further away, about 1 - 2 minutes, you can eat complete meals at the Paskal Foodcourt and also the famous Mountain Boys BBQ Burger Restaurant in Bandung. With affordable prices but feels like being in a 5 Star Hotel environment and facilities. Highly recommend staying at Hyper Inn⭐

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to 23 Paskal. However, the cleanliness was very poor. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and my room was very noisy because it was behind the train tracks. I couldn't sleep.

I was given a smoking room. When I complained, instead of being immediately upgraded, they sprayed the room with air freshener, but nothing changed. After re-complaining, the upgrade was made. The sound of passing trains was very loud and distracting. Parking was difficult because it's in a mall complex.

The hotel is located within the Paskal Hypersquare area. There are plenty of halal and non-halal dining options, both in the food market, shophouses, and inside the mall. The only restaurant missing is Padang restaurants. Parking is a bit tricky on weekends, but even if you find a spot a little further from the hotel, it's still safe. Paying for parking with the hotel's parking voucher can take about 5 minutes; just schedule it for check-out time.

The hotel's location is very strategic, inside the Paskal 23 shopping area. There are many culinary spots. The only downside is the car parking, you have to drive around looking for an empty parking lot. The staff is friendly. On the 8th floor there is a rooftop, the iced coffee is delicious. Enjoy coffee while viewing the city of Bandung from above. Next time I go to Bandung, I will stay here again.

The hotel is very close to Paskal 23 Mall, just across the street. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was clean, and it was comfortable enough, but it wasn't soundproof. At 10 PM, a group of women came out of nowhere and started screaming in front of our room until 12 AM, knocking on our room because they were in the wrong room.
