Third time stay at Ibis brand in the space of 3 months and everytime it was the same issue which is cleanliness. The worst of all! Dust here, dust there, bathroom with no circulation no exhaustfan, terrible lighting. Lucky I booked only for a night. Get better room with the same price. Never will I came back at Ibis

The dirtiest budget hotel I’ve ever been. Asked the receptionist to move me to a cleaner room, but it was no different. The bedsheets were heavily stained, the towel was soooo stinky and looked a hundred year old. Please, save yourself from booking this hotel.

Staff melayani dengan ramah, walaupun pas kemarin datang tidak bisa early check in ke kamar (mungkin kamar sedang penuh/visitor sebelumnya belum check out) tapi kita bisa registrasi lebih awal dan menitipkan barang bawaan. Staf memberi tau di awal bahwa tidak disediakan dental kit di kamar. Handuk yang tersedia cukup bersih dan wangi. View dari kamar sisi utara, bisa melihat area TIM dan kolam renang. Sinyal televisi baik. AC berfungsi dengan baik. Area sangat strategis karena dekat dengan beberapa tempat wisata dan tempat makan di Cikini. Cocok bagi yang sedang berwisata dan bermobilisasi di siang hari, bukan untuk staycation di hotel.
