The price is quite affordable, the facilities are good, the views from the rooms are beautiful, the location is strategic because it's in the city center and not noisy, and the staff service is very satisfying.

A last-minute hotel booking on the same day, our parents stayed. Thankfully, we got a non-smoking room and it was clean. The staff was friendly, the cleanliness was well-maintained, and it was also child-friendly since our parents brought their grandchildren to Padang. Even though we only stayed one night, the service was excellent... Thanks to IBIS Padang.

One of the most worthwhile staycation spots in Padang. The staff is friendly, and the check-in and check-out process is hassle-free. I got a free upgrade to a mountain view room yesterday. The room service is also fast. The facilities are complete for a reasonable price.

The room is nice but many of the things are a bit dirty and some of the equipment is broken like the hair dryer. The rest is safe. The place is comfortable but the sound from the side is still a bit audible, I don't know if it's from the top floor or from the side.
