It was okay, the room is clean, and not noisy. The bed is quite comfy and clean. The amenities are not much, but the toilet and bathroom is clean. Non-smoking area, suitable for family.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. There was a problem with the water in the bathroom; both the sink and shower water initially came out like coffee grounds, but after the staff arrived, the water cleared.

We were planning a vacation, but we're in a bad mood. The lobby smells musty, the room smells musty, and the AC isn't cooling. At least we should be given a room replacement. We have to wait for a technician to fix the AC... The room rates are expensive... The receptionist is unfriendly...

The location and staff are okay. There are no complaints other than the room I got was a bit smelly, I don't know the cause. The room is not soundproof so if someone makes noise at night, you can hear it.
