This hotel is close to Malioboro and Tugu Station, just a short walk away. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, the pool is nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the customer service is very responsive. Ibis Hotel is really cool, I will stay here again next time.

I stayed there for a 3-day short trip and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, cold, and spacious enough for 3 people, even comfortable for 4. Even though the hairdryer in my room broke on the second day, they quickly replaced it and also provided an extension cable. The staff were fast, helpful, and friendly throughout the stay. Will definitely stay there again in the future☺️

Strategic location close to Malioboro, just walking distance, easy parking with valet, friendly & polite staff, spacious, soundproof, clean rooms, big TV, cold AC, many elevators so there is no long wait. If I go to Jogja again, my family & I will stay here again.

The first impression given by the security guard named Mr. Kamto and the other security guards was very good and friendly. During check-in, the reception staff was very friendly and the process was very fast although there was a little problem but it was resolved quickly. The room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. We stayed from January 29th to February 1st in room no. 411-412. The room attendant was very friendly and our room was always kept clean and tidy. The swimming pool and D'sky bar are very nice and there is a special pool for children. The taste of the food and drinks is very delicious. The location is very strategic, walking to Malioboro is only 5 to 8 minutes, walking to the Bakpia Pathok 25 food center is only 10 minutes. Overall from the review above that I made, our family is very happy to be able to stay at this hotel. Thank you.

When I checked in, the room was damp and my skin was itchy. The next day, I asked for all the sheets and blankets to be changed and the room cleaned. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
