When checking in our room was upgraded to a bigger room. And super duper big complete with everything in the room, there is a kitchen with its equipment. A very comfortable sofa to relax and a very spacious bathroom complete with a bathtub. A super duper comfortable room. For those who want a long vacation in Bali, this hotel is highly recommended. The location of the hotel is strategic in the Seminyak area, many places to eat and entertainment. The service at this hotel is friendly and very helpful.

Room was modern and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable and soft. As it is located right in the busy area, at times it was noisy, and I could hear people talk outside the building at night through closed window. But that location is great for shopping, eating and to hang out. Don’t miss the rooftop bar/restaurant, the sunset you see from there is amazing! Complimentary breakfast is not to miss! They do it well! Potatohead is only 5 mins walk. Seminyak Beach is only 10 mins walk. Staffs are very friendly and always there to help.

This hotel and staff were absolutely AMAZING!! The complete definition of a true boutique hotel experience :)) I spent a total of 5 nights there and felt so pampered and at home. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping were so genuinely friendly and had an uncanny way of anticipating my needs. The welcome drink upon arrival was the best I had in Bali (I stayed at a few hotels while there including 2 private villas) and the scented towel was also a lovely touch. Breakfasts were also sooo delicious, you get a choice of a hot and cold beverage (includes lattes and cappuccinos), as well as a fruit bowl with yogurt which had the best fruit I had in Bali. In addition, there is the choice of eggs with tomatoes or pancakes with fruit - or was hard to finish breakfast each morning :) I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Seminyak area. The hotel is also steps away from Potatoe Head Beach Club which was an amazing place to watch the sunset. The W Bali is also across the street. There are soooo many wonderful restaurants close by as well it was really difficult to choose where to have dinner each day. I love the Petitengent area and it would be my first choice if I was to return to Bali. Thanks to everyone at Imani Suites for making my time in Bali absolutely memorable experience (especially Inca - not sure if I spelled that right but she was such a sweetheart and Augus who served me breakfast most mornings and always had a smile on his face)!

Location is perfect, especially for youngsters because it 's surrounded by vibrant bars in the neighbourhood. On the other side, at night you'll listen to loud music from your bed, even you can feel the bass to your heartbeat. If you're a light sleeper, don't go to this hotel.

Tempat yang nyaman untuk istirahat, berada di sekitar keramaian Petitenget. Layanan staff mulai dari resepsionis sampai security sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Kamar yang luas dan bersih dengan pencahayaan matahari yang baik. Sedangkan untuk pencahayaan di dalam mungkin perlu ditambahkan satu lampu utama yang lebih terang dan kaca cermin untuk berhias. Selebihnya, semua sangat menyenangkan.

We bring our kids here. We think Not right place to bring kids here. Since the ligting quite dark in the night. And also towel smells not good. Air conditioner in one of the rooms leak. TV broadcasts in the main room not clear and just get few TV stations and often disappears by itself. Dispenser placement is too high (not ergonomic for kids).

Blanket is not clean, you can find spots. The entrance through receptionist is quite spooky. A quite expensive price for a place like this. Drinking water is not provided also. Plenty of things need to be renovated and improved

The hotel is right in the middle of busy shopping street, no parking space at all. The rooftop pool, nice place to hang out, close at 10 PM. Breakfast was a lousy affair. Outdoor aircon unit was placed directly in front of room windows, blocked the view and its humming noise was quite a problem at night.
