The location is very strategic, behind Taman Sari and right in front of it is Alun-alun Kidul. Overall, it's okay, but the bathroom isn't very clean and the staff aren't on standby, so if anything happens, I'm a bit confused about where to go. Other than that, I like it and I'll probably stay there again if I go to Jogja.

Not professionally managed. The security guard is only a housekeeper. I was misled by the photos displayed on the app. The reality is not as good as the photos. We were the only guests, and when we checked in, the staff didn't immediately check the water dispenser, even though we checked in during the day. When we wanted water at night, there was no water, the water dispenser was empty, so we had to wait until tomorrow. When we checked in, the sheets smelled, so I asked for new ones.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The facilities are in accordance with the price, but the service is really great, the admin is really kind and really makes you feel at home, they helped me a lot for those who are new to Jogja. Overall, I am very satisfied here and will stay here again if I go to Jogja again. I suggest that you pay more attention to cleanliness, but the rest is okay.

It's really worth it here, the place is comfortable and peaceful, the place is in the middle of the crowd but when you're inside the homestay, there's no noise at all. So when you've come home from walking around, it's really nice to be able to rest right away. Then the location is close to tourist attractions like Taman Sari and Pasar Ngasem, you can also just walk.

That place hypnotized me. I've been suffering from insomnia for a few days, but when in Istana Ibu, I slept around 9 PM until morning, and it was a good place despite the crowd and noise from Alun-Alun Kidul. It was still quiet from any sound in their room. Thank you for having me.

Recommended banget! Untuk harga segini sudah ada air panasnya! Lokasi persis sebelahan dengan Alkid, bersih, receptionist stand by 24 jam dan ramah. Ada wifi nya juga. Mungkin yang perlu diperbaiki adalah perlu cuci AC, rada gak adem. Tapi gak masalah banget.

Lokasi deket banget sama gang deket Alkid Jogja, kamar cukup nyaman, kamar mandi cukup bersih, disediakan alat mandi, sabun, water heater, tissue di toilet. Saran untuk yang mau dateng, bisa chat hotel dulu karena reseptionist di dalem rumah kadang ngga standby di meja depan.

Comfortable enough, but to be honest, the cleanliness is lacking. The bathroom also smells. 2 nights sleeping there, my body itches, I think the mattress is a bit dirty. But yeah, it's quite comfortable for transit, those who like to go on vacation don't just stay at a bnb. The location is next to Alkid so it's close to the city center and crowds. If you stay out at night, you can have snacks. Hopefully it can be used as evaluation material and can be even better because it's a shame the location is very strategic but the condition of the rooms is lacking.

During a 2 night stay, the receptionist was never there. Even though I want to ask for replacement sheets and towels. Trash bins, toiletries and drinking water are not provided. There are also no gallons outside the room. There is no Qibla information. The house is very quiet. There is still some plastic waste in the cupboard drawer. Used food from previous guests. Cleanliness is not maintained. It's just a strategic location near Alun-alun Kidul.
