Upon check-in, the service was quite good and friendly. The hotel area and room cleanliness need to be improved; the room wasn't always cleaned (I stayed for 4 days, but the room was only cleaned once and the towels were changed only once). During my stay, the bathroom drain was clogged, and I reported it several times, but it still wasn't fixed.

Not bad for the price. The downside to this apartment is that you need an access card to enter, but you have to go to the front desk first. You also need to ask for an access card to swim. Room cleanliness also needs attention. Perhaps tissues should be provided in the rooms. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, but it doesn't meet expectations, maybe because it's cheap. This is actually a flat and there's a hotel in some of the rooms. In my opinion, it's not very clean and there are lots of stains everywhere. The mattress is also almost broken because it sagged so badly when I slept on it.

There was an event at Jiexpo, and because of the traffic jam on the way home, I decided to look for a hotel. I found this Cozi Hotel, which is very close to Jiexpo. For an affordable price, you get a great view too. The elevator is just scary.

I always choose this hotel when visiting Jakarta for business. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the access is easy from the office in Jakarta. However, the room facilities are always lacking. There are no towels, mats, mirrors, no TV signal, dirty sheets, and smelly toilets. There are always shortcomings in one of them. Overall, everything is okay, especially the view, which is very nice. Thanks izicozy

I stayed overnight because I wanted to see a concert at Jiexpo Theater. I was given a standard room with a view of the Istiqlal Mosque. Oh my God, I could take photos from the balcony. The facilities were okay, the room and bathroom were clean, but they lacked a heater and a bath mat. Otherwise, I think it was okay.
