I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, it was okay; the service was excellent, friendly, and fast. I only have a few comments about the quality of the room's maintenance. On the second day, I wasn't given a clean towel after being cleaned, and on the third day, my shower gel, which was almost empty, wasn't refilled. Breakfast was average, to say the least.

The hotel is nice, the AC is cold, and most importantly, the bathroom is separated from the shower by glass, so it doesn't get wet all the way to the sink and toilet. Love it! The staff are also friendly, they were escorted to the room from the start. The pool is clean, the hotel is clean. It's a short walk to Kuta Beach, Beachwalk, etc. The only downside is that you can't see out the window, there's no outside view. But overall, it's okay!
