The staff is very friendly and helpful.
It's in the city center, so it's easy to find any food.
The breakfast is very varied, from traditional to Western to Japanese.
My initial intention for a staycation here was to go to the waterpark spa kids. But it turned out to be fully booked from Saturday to Sunday. Sigh.
But overall, I recommend a staycation here. Thank you.

Overall stay experience was good. Spacious room with good amenties with welcome drinks and complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the minibar. Bed was comfortable and clean. Just find the bathroom has a stench probably from the water supply.

Ordered a meal in this room on September 27, 2025 for dinner in room 0917, the waiter delivered the food in front of the room, when the tray was opened it was spilled and messy, said he would replace it with a new one, but he returned in 5 minutes, but it turned out the food was only rearranged, a lot of it was messy and there was a lot of hair in the food. Very disappointed with the service of a 5 star hotel

Ordered a meal in this room on September 27, 2025 for dinner in room 0917, the waiter delivered the food in front of the room, when the tray was opened it was spilled and messy, said he would replace it with a new one, but he returned in 5 minutes, but it turned out the food was only rearranged, a lot of it was messy and there was a lot of hair in the food. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
It's in the city center, so it's easy to find any food.
The breakfast is very varied, from traditional to Western to Japanese.
My initial intention for a staycation here was to go to the waterpark spa kids. But it turned out to be fully booked from Saturday to Sunday. Sigh.
But overall, I recommend a staycation here. Thank you.
