Stayed at JNY apartment room 1045..was a disaster. Why do I call it a disaster. Because the owner of the apartment is really someone who has no self-esteem. The AC is broken, so the room is hot. Water heater can only be used for 1 person. The rest is just cold water that comes out. On the phone instead of being fixed. But immediately turned off the HP number. Until I get annoyed. That same night I moved to another hotel. And I don't return the keys to the apartment.

The apartment is on the 16th floor, an economical bed can be used by 3 people, there is air conditioning with gallons of water but it's a shame the stove can't turn on for the bathroom it's also clean.

Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, and all facilities function well. The point is for Joss's room facilities, there's only one suggestion. Add more lighting in the room, please. Because for those who don't like it a bit dark, that's how it feels. Even so, it's still recommended.

This property is very suitable for visitors from out of town who will take care of administration at universities in the center of Malang City, both in terms of location and price. There needs to be an increase in service from property owners to be more responsive in communicating with prospective property tenants so that the check-in process can run smoothly.

Friendly owner. book a room for 4 people, can I have an extra extra bed (but the room has a sofa bed). Cleanliness is OK, but the sheets for extra bed smell a bit, the others are okay. The view can be towards the bridge, very good. The drawbacks: the elevator is rather old (only 2 to 18 floors), access to the lobby is difficult (the name is also an apartment).
