The staff is very friendly. The location is great, near to Ullen Sentalu Museum. The room is also very clean with complete amenities.

This hotel is at a good location as it is close to many attractions at Kaliurang. It also has a good ambiance, I was really impressed with the service and hospitality. All staff are super helpful and did their best to accommodate my request, starting from arranging my transportation until following my diet menu. Thank you!

The place is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, typical of the mountains. Perhaps you should reconsider using air conditioning or a fan in the joglo house. Even though the air is cool, sometimes we need air conditioning or a fan.

The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere and air are suitable for healing, I haven't had time to try the swimming pool, because when I wanted to try it there were lots of leaves, after cleaning it in the morning there were already other agendas waiting, in the afternoon and evening I wanted to order food which was not available.
