The location is very strategic, close to Bandung's culinary hotspots. The Circle K connected to the hotel was very helpful, allowing for late-night snacks and conversation in the lobby. The hotel staff was helpful; I happened to have microwave-safe food, and they helped me warm it up in the hotel kitchen. Parking is a bit tight, but the valet service was helpful. A good first time at the Kalya Hotel 👍

The staff is friendly, the location is strategic, but the breakfast menu is not very varied, but so far it's okay. I only asked for a welcome cake when I checked in, but I didn't ask anything from the staff, there was no confirmation, even though it's okay if I have to pay, just let them know.
