Nice, comfortable, and pleasant. The only thing that wasn't comfortable was the bathroom, which smelled of a septic tank.

The rooms and facilities are pretty good for a budget stay in Bali. The rooms are comfortable and close to the busy Kuta area. It's great.

The App Experience I experienced several technical glitches with the Traveloka app, which made the booking process difficult and unresponsive. I also tried to use the app to request an earlier check-in time, but it was unavailable. Since we arrived at 11:00 AM and couldn't check in until 2:00 PM, we had to wait in the lobby, which was quite hot. Hotel Pros: Service: The staff are the best part of this hotel. They are very friendly, accommodating, and nice. When I called to confirm the booking, they were very professional. Location: Very central and near many stores. Perfect for those who want to be close to the action. Comfort: The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked well. Shower: There is consistent hot and cold water. Hotel Cons: Room Maintenance: The bathroom (CR) had an unpleasant smell. The door was broken (though it had a sliding lock inside) and the toilet seat was also broken. Climate: The AC was not very strong, which was noticeable given the Bali heat. Accessibility: The street leading to the hotel is a narrow one-way road, so keep that in mind if you are arriving by car. Dining & Facilities: Breakfast: They have a menu with limited options. The food was okay overall, but they don't offer breakfast at early hours (like 5:00 or 6:00 AM), which might be a downside if you have an early tour. Pool: There is a pool on-site, but we didn't have time to use it. Gym: None available. Verdict: It was an okay experience overall. You definitely get what you paid for. If you’re looking for a budget stay with a great location and friendly service, this works—just be prepared for some minor maintenance issues.

Legian area is a congested area. Call Grab car. It's difficult. And wait a long time.

Very good service, very friendly staff and clean

The staff is very friendly, the room is very clean and the breakfast is delicious, in short, it's comfortable in this hotel.

Stayed in the hotel for 7 days and it was honestly amazing. Pool access is wonderful, bedroom is insulated and the location is very close to the Kuta Beach. I just wish they have more breakfast menu, because for me personally, I get bored after 4-5 days 😓, other than the limited breakfast menu, everything was wonderful.

Here is near the Bali bomb monument, out of the hotel a little way there are many people selling clothes, food, guardian. So it's convenient to go anywhere but better to use a motorbike because Legian is congested. This is the second time I've stayed here, for the price it's not expensive, got a spacious room, the only drawback is the pillows are no longer usable, as usual in hotels there are 4 pillows, but here there are only 2, 1 mattress is a bit saggy. The bathroom has a slight smell from inside. That's the only thing that needs to be fixed 🙏

Hotel staff: - Only a few were friendly and communicative. Check-in process: - I booked two rooms, but only one was detected, so I don't know if the problem was with Traveloka or the transfer team. Room amenities: - The room had mold in several corners. - It said there was a hair dryer, but the room I was staying in didn't have one.

Hotel Staff: - Most are unfriendly, and only a few are. - Hotel staff don't help customers with their luggage, so they have to carry it themselves, even though we have a lot of luggage and it's a hassle, and we have to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. - Staff are not very efficient and informative. Check-in Process: - I booked two rooms with two transactions at the same time, but only one transaction was received at the front desk. I don't know if it was a problem with the hotel or Traveloka. So we were nervous about whether we would get a room or not. Other Complaints: - We're a regular at this hotel, but it turns out not all rooms have hair dryers, even though they were advertised.

Around the room is crowded and complete. There are minimarkets, clothing stores, salons, restaurants, to Beachwalk approximately 20 minutes walk, very close.
