Got a bad room even though I've stayed at this hotel 4 times, but this last time it was really bad, the room was full of red animals like millipedes, the towels were like napkins/not fit for use, the walls were moldy, the bathroom especially, it was really slippery and had never been cleaned, the sheets smelled.

Reception tidak standby saat check in dan check out, customer yang harus lama mencari dan menghubungi reception, ada customer lain juga dari Ambon yang mengalami hal serupa. Uang deposit juga jadi ditinggal karena hal tersebut. Kunci pintu kamar rusak dan tidak segera diganti. Selimut terlihat dijemur tapi belum kering. Cukup sekali menginap di tempat ini. Jangan tertipu dari foto tempat ini yang ada di Google 👌.

Check in at 11.30 PM, because I left at night for Labuan Bajo with my family and had to transit Bali first, so I finally chose Kelan-Tel because it is close to the airport. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, but when I called the contact listed, the response was immediate and I waited for the clerk to arrive. Then given a room in a corner near the pool, right when I wanted to go to the room the lighting was lacking, in front of the room trash piled up until it came out, entering the room the dirty tiles on the mattress too, the bathroom had cobwebs in the corner of the walls, there was a big hole in the over the bathroom and dark, TV no signal alias ants, no water heater. Not recommended as a place to stay if you have children.

The room is spacious, only the bathroom is lacking, inundated in the room that I stayed in, forgot what room, the initial room is the main, and the position of the right taps instead is hot even though the blue and left red color is actually cold, Telkomsel and Indosat networks are very severe and difficult, wifinya also up and down.
